Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present pastry dishes according to the restaurant’s standards

  • Assist in developing new dessert menus and seasonal offerings

  • Ensure that all pastry items are produced with high quality and consistency

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section and kitchen

  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in pastry area in a fine dining environment

  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert concepts

  • Permanent HKID card holder
