Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present pastry dishes according to the restaurant’s standards
Assist in developing new dessert menus and seasonal offerings
Ensure that all pastry items are produced with high quality and consistency
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section and kitchen
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in pastry area in a fine dining environment
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation
Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert concepts
Permanent HKID card holder
