About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Guest Relations Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Guest Relation section whilst on duty. On a broader scale the Guest Relations Officer is to ensure that all the hotel’s guests are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of serviced that is professional and efficient. The Guest Relations Officer reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor.

As Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to hotel guests and VIP guests
• Builds relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty
• Prepare for guests' arrivals including rooms, amenities and special arrangement
• Update guest profiles with guest preferences, comments and feedback

As Guest Relations Officer, we expect from you:

• Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passionate and energetic, good team player
