Commis / Demi Chef (5 days per week working at Ma Wan)

Duties職責:

• Manage and ensure the smooth running of the daily kitchen operation
  管理及確保日常廚房運作事宜
• Ensure high standard of food quality and kitchen hygiene
  確保食物質量和廚房衛生
• Fully understand of menu items, recipes, ingredients, cooking methods & food presentation
  充分了解菜單項目，食譜，配料，烹飪方法和出品擺設

Requirement要求:

• 1-5 years of working experience in hotels/ catering group
  1-5年的酒店/餐飲業工作經驗
• A good team player 
  具團隊合作
• Perform multi-tasks under pressure
  能在壓力下執行多項任務
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese
  良好的英文和中文溝通能力
