Assistant Health Services Manager (HK$6000 New Joiner Incentive)

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Health Services Manager, s/he will ensure smooth operations of the Health Services Department by assisting superior in management and operations of the department, executing and monitoring planned budget according to operation needs. S/he will also provide quality professional first aid services and enhance safety environment of the Park.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Nursing / Health Studies or related disciplines
• Valid First Aid Certificate and AED Provider Certificate issued by Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Association or other recognized authorities; Holding of valid and recognized First Aid / AED Lecturer Certificate is preferred
• Valid Practicing Certificate (EN or RN) issued by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong or equivalent is preferred
• With at least 5 years’ of working experience in First Aid or nursing related field, in which 2 years should be at the supervisory level
• Good command of customer services, interpersonal skills, supervisory and management skills, and judgement in handling emergent situations
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of computer literacy in MS Office
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to work on shift duty, public holidays, and demanding physical environment
