Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Astor 助理餐廳經理 - 普慶餐廳

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team to perform the daily duties and ensure smooth operation of our Buffet Restaurant
• Achieve high level of customer satisfactions by serving guests and maintaining an enjoyable dining experience
• Ensure all occupational health and safety measures are in place
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the Buffet Restaurant
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Form 5 or above and preferably with professional hotel or food and beverage training
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with good food & beverage knowledge
• Committed and enthusiastic for work
• Customer-oriented, good communications and interpersonal skills
