Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests to check-in and check-out with professional manner
  • Provide information to guests’ enquiries
  • Performing the Front Office related works

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • 2-3 years relevant hotel experience is preferred
  • Pleasant personality, good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office
  • 5-day work week and shift duty is required.
  • Immediate and short-notice availability preferred.
