Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Rooms in establishing department organization, manning and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation based on forecasted occupancy
  • Provide supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office
  • Plan, control and coordinate all facts and activities of the Department
  • Establish, implement and review operating procedures and standards
  • Represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions
  • Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Front Office in an upscale deluxe hotel level
  • Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
  • Knowledge of Opera system and others computer software.
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an asset.
