Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and general administrative support to General Manager
  • Ensure a smooth and professional operation and maintain close cooperation between Executive Office and all other Departments
  • Manage General Manager’s calendar, appointment, and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations material on behalf of the General Manager
  • Assist in planning and organizing hotel internal meetings
  • Maintain confidential files and records

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-year experience with preference in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Application
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
