Training Consultant (Retail industry)(Flexible working hours)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying training needs and develop annual training plan;
• Coach all levels of staff in retail to achieve Company service standard, focus on driving sales, driving team performance;
• Organize and conduct internal training programs for all levels of staff in retail;
• Conduct regular shop visit to monitor staff performance and enhance communication and relationship with retail staff;
• Provide regular training reports, checklist and calendar to management and ensure that all information is well communicated with related parties.

Requirement:

• Work as Full-time or Part-time basis, flexible working hours;
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree;
• 4 years of experience in training or related fields, preferably in luxury retail;
• Positive mentality/attitude is a must;
• Self-initiated, creative, good communication, presentation and coaching skill;
• Good command on Microsoft Office software (excel, word, powerpoint);
• Ability to take ownership and multi-task, and a good team player;
• Good in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
