Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate with each section heads on the daily kitchen's operations
  • Be responsible for the daily operation including menu design, food cost and manning
  • Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the Restaurants
  • Provide create ideas and drive the change to meet guests' expectations and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of senior chef experience, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
  • Passionate in the food industry, good knowledge of the latest market trends
  • Experience with luxury hotel is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels
