Working Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard customer service to our guests.
• Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking & walk-in, seats arrangement.
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant.
• Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager.

Requirements

• 3 year or above relvant experience (experience in Chinese Restaurant operation preferred)
• Good command of English and Putonghua, fluent Cantonese
• Experience in handling walk in customers / booking is surely an advantage
• Clear mindset and detail minded
• Fine Dining experience is an advantage
• Applicants with less experience would be consider as Assistant Guest Relations Manager
