Accounting Supervisor – Accounts Receivable & Credit

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Receivable & Credit based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As an Accounting Supervisor - Accounts Receivable & Credit, we rely on you to:

• Monitor and control the Accounts Receivable process by following up delinquent accounts, monitoring irregularities, and enforcing payments by taking recovery actions
• Receive Rooms & F&B deposits from Sales, Events Management and F&B outlets on a daily basis
• Supervise billings and payment status; prepare monthly account receivable reports
• Handle tenants’ inquiries and complaints
• Lead the team to support the month-end process in timely manner
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge of accounting software
• Independent, self-driven and detail-oriented individual
• Good command of spoken and written English
