Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables
- Provide the highest standard customer service to our guests
- Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking & walk-in, seats arrangement
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant
- Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager
Requirements
- 3 year or above guest relations experience in F&B industry
- Good command of English and Putonghua, fluent in Cantonese is a MUST
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with computer application skills
- Fine Dining experience is an advantage
- Applicants with less experience would be consider as Guest Relations Assistant Manager
