Responsibilities
- Accountable for supervising carpenters and painters in daily operation
- responsible for the maintenance, repairs, decoration and common installation of the construction work.
- To carry out routine checks and maintenance of guest rooms, F & B outlets and public areas
Requirements
- A minimum of tertiary in education level
- A minimum of 1 years' related working experience
- Responsible and reliable, mature and hardworking
- Work in shift duty & overtime, emergency on-call
