Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective execution of Agent's Contracting, compensation and benefits operations, and personal data processing
- Assist in meeting regulatory and compliance needs
- Assist in implementing administration policies and the formulation of C&B procedures
- support on Ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management
- handle general correspondence and agent enquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary Education
- Over 2 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
- Mature, responsible and patience
- Organized and attentive to details
- Concern for order and quality
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- PC skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
