Family Experience Supervisor

We are looking for a Family Experience Supervisor based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Family Experience Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Ensure the smooth running of the Family Lounge and daily operations
• Handle arrivals and departures, F&B duties, and incoming calls
• Provide personalized service and maintain guest satisfaction
• Manage and coordinate the special needs of all guests during their stay and between visits
• Conduct in-room check-in and guest rooming for designated guests, such as Family Suite arrivals, Limousine arrivals, and SAR arrivals
• Handle members, VIP guests, and family activities over the phone, email, and in-person, coordinating follow-ups and administrative duties
• Support the Manager in preparing daily POS reports, attendance records, daily logs, and incident reports
• Monitor inventory and order items, materials, food, and beverages as required
• Maintain the cleanliness of kids' play areas at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Theme Park
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
