Captain / Waiter & Waitress - Buffet (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate subordinates for mis-en-place preparation, table set-ups and the proper handling of equipment
• Perform side duties assigned by Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager upon requests

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• 2 year's relevant working experience is preferred
• Guest-oriented, friendly and courteous
• Good command of both spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Waiter / Waitress
