Assistant Manager - Bar (5-day work)

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and maintain the bar operation to meet guest satisfaction
• Develop and conduct training to the team on guest service, operations and beverage
• Ensure smooth operation of the bar and dining area
• Maintain food & beverage and service quality standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in service areas

Requirements

• High Diploma in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication to understand and respond to guests' needs & requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must
