Key Accountabilities 主要職責
- Ensure high standard and quality of the dish. Check the food quality and temperature before serving.

- Be creative and innovative. Design new themes and recipes for the restaurant.

- Ensure high standard and quality of the food production. Prepare special dish as per guest request.

- Strictly comply with the HACCP standard. Upkeep the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and the staff.

- Raise own food requisition. Control the food cost and wastage.

General requirements 職位要求
- Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
持有VTC或其他專上院校頒授的飲食業文憑。
- 4-6 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
具4-6年酒店相關工作經驗。
- Elementary level of English is preferable.
略懂英語為佳。
