Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Estimate food requirements 
  • Assist in desiging new menus
  • Ensure quality of food and portion control as well as cost management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience; Experience in modern kitchen / buffet kitchen/wok operation would be advantages
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine
  • Passionate about high quality, food and passing on knowledge
  • A team player with positive thinking, good organizational skill and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Be service-orientated, open-minded to work with a team with different culture background
  • Be familiar with ISO standards and well versed in personal and kitchen hygiene
