Senior / Catering Sales Manger

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and organize day-to-day sales activities
• Develop and explore new business and build up an extensive network
• Follows through major banquet functions, VIP functions as well as catering arrangement of sports tournaments
• Prepares quotations and proposal to clients and negotiate event logistics directly with clients
• Follow up to clients under the event orders
• Works closely with various departments to always ensure smooth operation of function and the delivery of quality service
• Follow up feedback of post function questionnaires and follow through with necessary actions
• Maximize function space utilization to maximize the potential revenue
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with event organizers and to drive business opportunities and referrals

Requirements

• Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a similar position
• Customer-oriented with a good telephone manner
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Knowledge of Banquet sales software “Delphi" is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with pleasant personality, meticulous, and a team player
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Catering Sales Manager
