Investment Manager / Assistant Investment Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement modelling and analysis, research and recommend equity investment opportunities, formulate and implement equity investment proposals.
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s 30+ global subsidiaries’ operating and financial performance, identify areas for improvement and formulate effective methods to enhance subsidiary companies’ capital structure and financial results.
• Produce timely investment and financial analysis reports for both internal management review and external filings.
• Develop and implement the company’s equity investment strategy, internal control and evaluation protocols, analyze and mitigate investment risk, provide support for various investment audit, inspection and reporting projects.
• Liaise with the Group Headquarters, various company divisions and subsidiaries with respect to equity investment matters, maintain the company’s internal investment database, keep good working relationships with the company’s non-controlling investees.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Accountancy/Finance or related disciplines.
• Holds CPA or CFA qualification.
• At least 2 years’ accounting / audit experience is preferred.
• Proficient in IFRS, PRC GAAP, Excel and VBA, knowledge of Jiuqi (久其) accounting software is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
