Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer based at The Aberdeen Marina Club! 

As a Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for answering all incoming calls and transferring to appropriate persons
• Provide services and information to members and guests
• Handle reservations for restaurants and sports & recreations activities
• Assist to organize and deliver membership events
• Coordinate with service providers and trainers
• Perform administrative duties as required

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent guest interaction skills & communication skills
• Independent, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Outlook, Excels and Words
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
