Pantry Helper - Island Gourmet (餅店服務員)

We are looking for a Pantry Helper - Island Gourmet (餅店服務員) based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Pantry Helper - Island Gourmet (餅店服務員), we rely on you to:

• Assist in preparing the ingredients for cakes and pastries 
• Package finished products for sale and ensure that they are well-presented 
• Label items accurately with names and dates
• Maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies; assist with receiving deliveries and organizing pantry items 
• Keep the kitchen and pantry areas clean and organized 
• Maintain hygiene standards according to health and safety regulations
• Assist with setting up displays and ensuring the shop is presentable
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• 協助準備製作蛋糕和糕點的食材
• 包裝成品以供銷售，確保其外觀良好
• 正確標記物品的名稱和日期
• 維持食材和用品的庫存水平；協助收貨並整理倉庫物品
• 保持廚房和倉庫整潔
• 維持衛生及安全標準
• 協助設置糕點展示架，並確保店鋪保持整潔
• 執行其他由上級指派的工作

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels or luxury bakeries
• Attention to details and demonstrated teamwork
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• 一至兩年相關工作經驗，具酒店行業經驗或高級烘焙店經驗優先
• 注重細節並展現團隊合作精神
• 良好英語、廣東話及普通話溝通技巧
