Job Responsibilities

  • Process daily reservation inquiries and bookings.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to the superiors.
  • Providing administrative support for all departmental activities and fulfilling front-line reception duties where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
  • At least 1 year experience in hotel / serviced apartment
  • Familiar with the Opera reservations system
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
