Guest Services Supervisor (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation of the Front Desk and deliver quality customer service to the guest.
  • To handle guest inquiries and provide assistance to guest with courteous and friendly manner
  • To assist in controls and monitors room reservation status and upsell rooms to maximize room revenue and occupancy.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
  • 3 years relevant experience with at least 1 year in the same capacity
  • Mature, independent, service-oriented and well-organized
  • Opera operational skills and knowledge will be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
