AVP - VP, Data Analytics, Consumer Financial Services

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and initiating MI and business analytics for data-driven business decisioning with sounded credit management. Extend data adoption to drive business and operational initiatives to enhance corresponding effectiveness

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and data mining.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.
• Plan and design sales performance tracking to promote effective sales management
• Support the fulfillment of various sales and promotional programs through pre-scan analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify market trend, patterns, insight and company portfolio performance for business strategies and operational improvements.
• Monitor credit risk to maintain a balanced portfolio that aligns with risk-return objectives
• Liaise with various departments to enrich their statistics and reporting in corresponding functional areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer
• Minimum 10 years related experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and tools to analyze data and interpret results.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Good team player, with excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
