Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for operation and maintenance of building services systems and building facilities.

To be responsible for taking over of new building services systems with participation of testing and commissioning works.

To assist Duty Engineer to supervise a technical team to ensure reliable technical service delivery for the hotel and guests.

To assist procurement of maintenance services and materials.

To assist Duty Engineer for all routine works and to monitor contractor working performance

Requirements:

Holder of Associate Diploma/High Diploma/Certificate in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

At least 1-year post-qualification experience in maintenance, operation

Sound technical and with experience in talking over of new building services system will be an advantage, including but not limited to monitoring and supervising testing and commissioning works in relation to construction, refurbishment and maintenance of E&M System

With good organizing skill and positive attitude

Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
