Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall supervision and control of all Front Desk operations.
  • Ensure smooth operations and maximum yield and customer satisfaction accordingly to standards established by management.  
  • Maintain and control the room status and coordinate with all other departments to ensure smoothly operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
  • 3 years relevant experience with at least 1 years in the same capacity
  • Mature, independent, service-oriented and well-organized
  • Opera operational skills and knowledge will be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
