Service Leader / Associate (Chinese Restaurant Supervisor / Server)

Responsibilities

• Deliver a delightful dining experience to our guests & create memorable moments in upscale Chinese restaurant;
• Provide seamless service with guests to contemporary fine-dining standards;
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge;
• Maintain high cleanliness level in the dining venues and ensure the dining tables are detailed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in F&B outlet. Experience in upscale Chinese restaurant is a plus; 
• Good team management and inter-personal skills;
• Excellent communication skills with customer oriented mindset;
• Delicated to provide high quality service to guests;
• Enjoy engaging with guest from all around the world; &
• Good command in English and Mandarin
