Manage productivity of sales resources in the respective cluster and motivate them to achieve key product sales objectives and targets for consumer banking
Ensure sales team embraces sales methodologies in their sales and service activities
Ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives and facilitate effective communication between the frontline staff in the cluster and the Head Office
Supervise the teams in delivering consistent quality customer experience
Ensure that all compliance requirements and policies and procedures are properly followed
Track and ensure that staff are adequately equipped and certified for their roles
Ensure efficient allocation of resources across the network for respective cluster
Work with HR on career roadmap for various frontline roles and staff recruitment and retention programmes
What we are looking for:
University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 is required
At least 10 years of relevant experience in branch management in banking industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Possess qualifications of ECF-RWM would be an advantage
