JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent restaurant reservations service to customers;
- Welcome guest upon arrival in a friendly and caring manner in restaurant;
- Escort guests to table, balancing the customer flow among the service sections, taking into account requests for a particular table or section, depending on availability;
- Handle all reservations and inquiries;
- Prepare appropriate bill, present to the guest, collect and settle the bill.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
- 1- 2 year experience in hotel or F&B industry;
- Willing to work on shifts;
- Customer oriented personality;
- Fluent command in Oral English;
- Willing to work in energetic and dynamic environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people oriented.
*Fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered.
