Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer labeling strategies to segment and target customers for personalized and impactful marketing strategies and initiatives
- Work closely with the IT division to develop, maintain, and enhance the customer labeling models and the data platform
- Utilize data analytics to assess customer behavior and preferences, leveraging insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer experience and customer journey
- Collaborate with various Product and Marketing Teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels, including email, social media, and online advertising, to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the customer labeling models and platform, making data-driven adjustments to enhance the customer labeling results as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer labeling and marketing strategies with business objectives and enhance overall brand visibility
- Conduct market research or collect marketing intelligent to identify trends and opportunities in the retail banking sector
Requirements:
- University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computing, Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ of proven experience in data analytics and/or digital marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of customer labeling techniques and data management platforms, is preferable
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business objectives.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
