AVP, Prodcut Management, Consumer Secured Lending

Purpose of the role:

Manage loan products (local residential/offshore mortgage/Insurance financing/Wealth financing) to achieve business goals and sustain steady revenue / profit margin.

What you will be doing: 

• Assist the Head of Consumer Secured Lending and the Team Head of Product Management with product planning, commercialization, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze the market trend and gather market intelligence to assess the competitiveness of the bank’s offerings.
• Develop, Drive and Support sales programs and campaigns to achieve business growth and prepare timely reports for management.
• Take responsibility for the annual review process, which includes the product program plan, referral panel, and guidelines.
• Assist in the development of the product management framework, ensuring proper documentation and workflows are in place.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by the team head or department head.

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 5 years+ relevant experience in product management in secured landing field.  
• Thorough knowledge of product management, marketing and operational procedures 
• Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Strong in project management and presentation
• Proficiency in JIRA, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
