Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of Customer Service Ambassadors to provide premium customer service to visitors and tenants in Grade A shopping mall and office tower
- Handle verbal and written enquiries and complaints of shoppers and tenants
- Ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centres and Hotline Service according to company service standard
- To coordinate with Marketing Team to maintain the smooth operation of the mall loyalty program and mall events
- Manage rosters and relevant administrative tasks of the Customer Service Team
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- 5 years or above customer service experience in Grade A shopping mall and 2 years or above supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office computer skills
