We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business to deliver a high-quality and unique dining experience and advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Advising guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
- Manages the wine cellar, and conducts wine tastings
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Provide periodical analysis and status reports for management review.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ restaurant management experience
- Degree or Diploma holder of Hospitality management and WSET level 2 or 3 certificate
- Able to advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- An in-depth understanding of management and experience utilizing them in the workplace
- Knowledge of basic accounting and cost control procedures
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, able to communicate effectively to successfully defuse tense situations
- Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediate availability is highly perferred
- Hong Kong resident only
