Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Food and Beverage experience to hotel guests
• Welcome guest upon arrival in a friendly and caring manner
• Escort guests to table & streamline the customer traffic on the service floor 
• Handle all reservations and enquiries in a timely manner 
• Prepare accurate bill payment & check guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years related work experience in hotel / restaurant 
• Available to work on shifts
• Energetic & guest oriented personality
• Good command in oral English and Mandarin
• Willing to work in dynamic restaurant environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Non-relative working experience with good attitude will also be considered
