Responsibilities

• Providing excellent guest services 提供優質的賓客服務
• Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property 迎接並護送客人前往房間, 為抵達和離開的客人提供協助
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. 向客人介紹酒店的設施、服務、營業時間以及本地的旅遊景點和活動

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant experience will be preferred 最少1年相關經驗會優先考慮
• Good communication & interpersonal skill 良好的溝通和人際技巧
• Shift duty is required to Bell Attendant 行李員須輪班工作
