We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Banquet based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As an Assistant Manager - Banquet, we rely on you to:
- Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections
- Ensure consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections
- Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Proper and tactful handling of guest complaints
- Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions
- Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
- Supervise banquet operations and assist in departmental training
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 4 years work experience in Banquet Operations at prestigious Hotels or organization
- Sound knowledge of food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
- Have integrity, trustworthy, dependable, responsible and accountable individual
- Have a keen eye for detail and seek for improvements
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
