Waiter / Waitress - Seasonal Goodies

We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Seasonal Goodies based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Waiter / Waitress - Seasonal Goodies, we rely on you to:

• Introduce pastry and beverage menu to guests
• Ensure the smooth operations of seasonal counter and pop-up store
• Handle walk-in guests' inquiries, orders, redemption, delivery and logistics
• Ensure service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant working experience in Hotels or cake shop would be an advantage
• Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
