- Comprehensive on-the-job training on a full range of personalized front desk services including check-in, check-out, answering inquires, greeting guests, promoting in-house events, baggage and mail delivery to guests
- Professionally handle guests’ records with a high degree of integrity
- Maintain great rapport and trust with all guests
- Students with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Year 2 or above students studying in Hotel / Tourism major or related discipline are welcomed
- Able to work effectively in a team and handle shift duties
- Friendly and courteous manner with positive, pleasant and helpful personality
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
