Exciting development opportunity for Event Planning and Sales starter with the flagship ASPAC property of Hyatt.
We are looking for ambitious individuals who would like to develop themselves in the Events business. Fresh graduates are welcome.
What you will do:
- Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Event Sales Managers/ Executives.
- Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.
- Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and faxes and various types of business letters to external customers.
- Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
- Respond to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensure information/messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Fresh graduates from hospitality / tourism related degree or diploma.
- Working experience in hotel operations in a luxury international hotel would be desirable.
- Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
