We are looking for a Captain - Nadaman based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Captain - Nadaman, we rely on you to:
- Provide quality service to guests
- Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guests delights
- Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
- Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
- Collect feedback during operation to ensure guests satisfaction
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience in F&B would be an advantage
- Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
- Customer-oriented and detail-minded team player
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
