Reports to: Regional Facilities Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Maintenance Programs: Coordinate and support the technical team responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation, and other building systems within retail stores in the area.
- Team Management and Development: Manage, guide, and develop the team of technicians, providing technical assistance and operational guidance to ensure their performance and services meet required standards.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, other City Team Members, and contractors.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure the team complies with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards, and industry codes. Conduct audits to check compliance.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with all client managers to ensure stores are maintained safely and operationally efficient.
- Incident Management: Identify and address compliance incidents, completing comprehensive reporting within required timeframes.
- Safety and Compliance Oversight: Work and interact with the compliance team to oversee the work undertaken by technicians, ensuring it is compliant and meets safety standards.
- 24/7 Availability: Maintain availability 24/7 to provide telephone support for works and attend critical situations as required.
- Additional Duties: Execute non-routine duties as assigned based on company business needs.
- Hands-On Maintenance: Perform hands-on for the maintenance, regular inspection, preventive, and emergency repairs of plumbing, drainage, electrical, refrigerant systems, air-conditioning, and building works.as needed to ensure all systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Execute non-routine duties as assigned based on company business needs.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Electrician License (REW A0) or above & Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
- Hands On Experience in Electrical or MVAC is required.
- A Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering issued by an Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent,
- 3 years or above of supervisory experience in the operation and maintenance of Electrical /MVAC.
- The desire to help create, maintain and promote a high performing team and continually assist our team members.
- Good command in English and Chinese (Written & Spoken Cantonese).
- Demonstrate a good service attitude.
