Responsibilities
Requirements
- Responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the accounting operations of FMD and its subsidiaries (EAFM and EAPA)
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Assist in checking and / or reviewing accounting transactions and reports for any irregularities
- Perform cash flow management and bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports, budgets and forecasts on a timely basis
- Arrange adequate resources to support daily accounting operations
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting OR
- Relevant Professional Qualification; OR
- At least 3 years relevant experience in accounting
- Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and good in communication;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
