Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the present situation, problems and challenges among transformation and development of the bank
- Assist in writing the banking strategy reports based on peer comparison and market research reports
- Responsible for the comprehensive research for domestic and international macroeconomic and financial situation
- Conduct study on the trend of financial market and special research analysis report
- Other ad-hoc duties as require
- Bachelor Degree or above in finance, economics, business management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Conversant in MS Officer Applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in Mandarin
