System Support Officer (Network Management) – 1 year contract
Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch
- Assist to maintain multi-sites data communications and perform daily network, service monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting
- Responsible for on-going support and advice in network administration, and provide emergency maintenance service when necessary
- Support the implementation of the infrastructure projects
- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Knowledge in Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, Wireless technology, with hands-on experience in Router, Switch technologies and routing protocol
- Holder of CCNA with experience in Domino Notes, CITRIX and Video Conference technology is preferred
- Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
- Good team player and willing to learn new technology
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
