Duty Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operation records of all machinery and electricity
• Delegate and manage daily and routine maintenance work to ensure high quality standard procedures
• Work control and supervision of maintenance requisition.
• To ensure the effective maintenance and correct operation of all fire safety systems
• Responsible for the entry and adaptation of new employees, including training on knowledge and job skills

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in hotel properties
• Holder of Certificate of Construction Industry Safety Training, Certificate for Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or R) and Certificate of Competency under the Boilers & Pressure Vessels Ordinance (Class II or IIA)
• Knowledge in E&M system including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage and Fire Services
