Food & Beverage Coordinator (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Department Head with the administration and smooth running of the Food & Beverage Department
  • To responsible for F&B promotions, guest profile and guest relation
  • To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management from time to time
  • Responsible for maintaining all filing system, safeguards customer database
  • Handles and liaises with concerned departments for miscellaneous items
  • Prepares and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist Department Head to moitor departmental expenses include including advertising to ansure expenses are in line with budget
  • Provides secretarial duties and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations preferred
